Shanxi Chengye Forging Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of large and medium-sized ring forgings and flanges. It mainly produces wind power flanges, flanges for UHV transmission lines of the State Grid, flanges and forgings of petroleum and petrochemical pipelines. As a professional manufacturer,we have the entire manufacturing processes from material purchasing,cutting,forging,heat treatment,surface coating,to packing and delivery. Thanks to the advanced production equipments and precise testing instruments,annual production capacity be up to 50,000 tons,in various materials such as carbon steel,alloy steel,stainless steel and duplex stainless steel.The maximum forging weight for single piece we can produce is 10.0 Tons,and maximum outside diameter is up to 6,000mm. We have own chemical & physical laboratory. All testing and examination can be carry out by ourselves,such as chemical analysis, tensile testing,impact testing, metallographic examination, hardness testing,...
