  Spiral Pipe Machine

  Spiral welded pipe mill is used to roll the low carbon steel/ low alloy steel strip into tube by a certain forming angle, further weld it into steel pipe by sub-merged arc welder. Large diameter pipes can be produced with narrow steel strip. ​ Spiral welded pipe mill is HUAYE most competitive, most mature technical characteristics product. Product specifications range from Φ25 mm to Φ4000 mm.

  Pipe End Facing and Beveling Machine

  Pipe end-facing and beveling machine is used for facing and beveling process on steel pipe ends. The beveling machine built by HUAYE covers the pipe size range of Φ50 – Φ3800mm.

  Pipe Hydrostatic Tester

  A hydrostatic tester is a machine set to perform leakage and hydraulic pressure test on ERW, spiral welded or seamless pipes. The test involves sealing the two ends of the pipe, and filling the pipe with a liquid, usually water, and pressurization of the vessel to the specified test pressure. Pressure tightness can be tested by shutting off the supply valve and observing whether there is a pressure loss. Huaye hydrostatic tester reaches API standard.

  Pipe End Expander

  Introduction The pipe end expander is a special equipment for submerged arc welded steel pipe production line. It is used to cold expand the pipe ends of straight seam welded steel pipes or spiral welded steel pipes. Expanding purpose 1. Make the diameter and roundness of the limited length pipe end within the allowable range, so as to meet the requirements of the round pipe end and easy welding. 2. Make a pipe end shape that meets the requirements to facilitate the socket connection of steel pipes.

  Pipe Production Line Finishing Section

  Finishing Section refers to the series of equipment after the pipe leave the production equipment. ​In production case, Finishing Section usually refers to the pipe transfer system. The system includes conveyors, racks, ejectors, rotation rollers, pipe delivery cars, and other simple pipe process equipment, such as slag removing machine, weld seam grinder etc. According to the customer’s factory shed condition, experienced engineers of HUAYE provide most efficient overall layout and pipe transfer solution.
