  • SCHMETZ Vacuum Furnace

  • Atmosphere Furnace
    Besides traditional Endo-gas, Nitrogen—Methanol, nitrocarburising atmospheres, our furnace can also utilize “Direct Injection” process. It involves direct injection of natural gas and air into the furnace chamber without gas generator. Apart from being highly efficient and minimized gas consumption, this process ensures quick, uniform and reproducible carbon transfer. ● Besides Endo-gas, Nitrogen—Methanol, nitrocarburising, it can also utilize “Direct Injection” process. It involves direct injection of natural gas and air into the furnace chamber without gas generator. Apart from being highly efficient, minimized gas consumption, this process ensures quick, uniform and reproducible carbon transfer. ●“Intensified Quench” system guarantees even dispersion and mobility of oil, as well as its effective flow in the gap between parts, thus all parts receive uniform cooling. It is especially suitable for low alloy steel hardening. ●Patented CMC control software is a fully automatic control system for intuitive, precise control ●Sectional silicon carbide (SiC) guide sleeve and hearth plate increase furnace gas and temperature uniformity ●Load transfer chains consist of 2 segments. Cold chain involves charge transfer, while hot chain withstands high temperature and carburizing, results in longer service life
  • Pre-evacuation Nitriding Furnace
    Evacuable Nitriding Tempering Furnace  Suitable for gas nitriding, gas nitrocarburising, preoxidation and postoxidation, annealing, ageing and tempering processes;  Unique control system and advanced sensor help users achieve intuitive, precise control;  Optional pre-oxidation treatment for faster nitriding and a better infiltration layer;  Provides improved surface and internal part quality, as well as no pollution during both vacuum and post-vacuum;  Optional slow cooling or fast cooling in the furnace for reducing distortion or preventing nitride precipitation;  Optional post-oxidation treatment for increased anti-corrosive properties;  Exhaust gas is fully burned before discharge, resulting in no environmental pollution.
