Evacuable Nitriding Tempering Furnace  Suitable for gas nitriding, gas nitrocarburising, preoxidation and postoxidation, annealing, ageing and tempering processes;  Unique control system and advanced sensor help users achieve intuitive, precise control；  Optional pre-oxidation treatment for faster nitriding and a better infiltration layer;  Provides improved surface and internal part quality, as well as no pollution during both vacuum and post-vacuum;  Optional slow cooling or fast cooling in the furnace for reducing distortion or preventing nitride precipitation;  Optional post-oxidation treatment for increased anti-corrosive properties;  Exhaust gas is fully burned before discharge, resulting in no environmental pollution.

Besides traditional Endo-gas, Nitrogen—Methanol, nitrocarburising atmospheres, our furnace can also utilize “Direct Injection” process. It involves direct injection of natural gas and air into the furnace chamber without gas generator.
