The countdown is on: From 20 to 24 June 2022, wire & Tube 2022 will take place in Düsseldorf. More than 1,800 exhibitors will demonstrate their innovative strength at the world‘s leading trade fair for the wire and tube industry. You will encounter the entire process chain from raw materials to state-of-the-art technologies and processes right up to the final product.

Meet the pioneers of sustainability – ecoMetals forum

How “green” is the wire, cable, tube and tube processing industry? wire and Tube 2022 invite you to get to know the trendsetters of sustainability. The new coming ecoMetals is a forum for the drivers of environmentally friendly products, production and processes. It is dedicated to three areas of sustainability – with trendsetting answers, machines and products along the value creation chain.

Green visions - ecoMetals Trail

During the wire and Tube trade fair, visitors will be offered daily guided tours, so-called ecoMetals-trails, to exhibitors for whom the terms sustainability, energy efficiency and resource conservation are not just lip service but lived practice.

At their exhibition stands, they demonstrate how new technologies, machines and systems in their production facilities improve the energy and carbon dioxide balance to minimize the company's ecological footprint.

They also explain to visitors how they manage to reconcile economy and ecology in their production and process chains. This seems to be more important than ever in order to survive in international competition and to remain a sought-after business partner.

wire and Tube - From expert to expert

In addition to innovative technologies and technical highlights in the exhibition halls, there will be the wire and Tube Expert Meeting for the first time. In entertaining, professional lectures, international experts will report from their companies and present their machines, systems, and the latest production methods.

The motto of the expert meeting is: "The steel industry is forging ahead with the green transformation".
